Clemson Council appoints Fowler to recycling steering committee

A newly formed steering committee consisting of representatives from the seven Pickens County municipalities will soon meet with Pickens County Council representatives to discuss the county’s plan to charge cities a $35 per ton fee if recycling goals aren’t met.
