Description: AnMed Health's Medical Outreach Van is making a stop near you.

The van offers free blood pressure, blood sugar and total cholesterol screenings. A Lipid Profile including the breakdown of cholesterol into HDL, LDL and Triglycerides is offered for a cost of $15.

For accurate results, we ask that you do not eat or drink anything other than water for at least 8 hours prior to being screened.
