Description: The Historic Ballenger House is honored to present a South Carolina State Museum Traveling Museum Exhibit. Mr. Bill Helms' photography is comprised of color photomontages and digital manipulations of his personal visions of the world around him. This exquisite collection is available for tours Monday through Friday from 1 and 5 p.m., Saturdays 1 to 3 p.m. and Sundays noon to 2 p.m. through Christmas and in the Historic Seneca Home Tour on Dec. 2 Visit at 212 E.
