Senior Service Technician Responsibilities include performing residential and commercial installations that meet local, state, and federal requirements, performing field technical work, servicing customer service problems. Additional responsibilities include performance of Northland's daily quality assurance procedures. A minimum of one year of related CATV experience is required, plus completion of the NCTI Installer/Technician course is preferred.
