Douglas; C/A No. 14-CP-37-0374, The following property will be sold on November 3, 2014, at 11:00 AM at the Oconee County Courthouse to the highest bidder: PARCEL #1: ALL that certain piece, parcel or lot of land, with improvements thereon, situate, lying and being in the State of South Carolina, County Oconee, Wagener Township, containing one (1) acre, more or less, as shown and more fully described on a plat thereof by James Glenn Hart, RLS #6674, dated February 16, 1993, and recorded in Plat Book P-60, Page 267, records of Oconee County, South Carolina, reference to which is hereby invited for a more complete and accurate description.
