NOTICE OF SALE NON-JURY MATTER PURSUANT TO THE ORDER OF THIS COURT in the above cap¬tioned matter, I will sell on Sales Day next, to wit, October 3, 2016 at the Oconee County Courthouse at Walhalla, South Carolina, at 11:00 o'clock, A. M., the following described real property, to wit: All that certain piece, parcel or lot of land situate, lying and being in the State of South Carolina, County of Oconee, Salem School District, and about one and one-half miles North of Salem and more particularly described as follows: Beginning at a point in Bridge Road with bears N 5-30 E from an iron pin in the margin of said road an running thence with the centerline of said road N 89-30 E 287.0 Feet and S 84-20 E 52.5 feet; thence, with old road S 83-00 E 132.0 feet and S 63-00 E 189.0 feet to an iron pin behind Seventh Day Adventist Church; thence, S 56-15 W 317.0 feet to an iron pin; thence, S 61-00 E 350.0 feet to an iron pin; thence S 57-30 W 935.0 feet to an iron pin in L. M. Crow' line; thence, with L. M. Crow's line N 8-00 E 354.0 feet to an iron pin; thence, N 5-30 E 594.0 feet to the beginning and containing ten (10.00) acres, more or less and being part of the W. T. Crow 57 acre tract conveyed to W. T. Crow by Arthur Johnson and Rosa Johnson. LESS HOWEVER: ALL that certain piece, parcel or lot of land lying and being situate in the State of South Carolina, County of Oconee, Salem School District, containing 1.13 acres, more or less, and being more particularly shown on a plat of survey by R. C. Turner dated April 10, 1972, and approved by Snead Schumacher, RLS #2109; said plat being recorded in Plat Book P-40, page 7, records of Oconee County, South Carolina. TMS#065-00-05-005 TERMS OF THE SALE: CASH TO THE HIGHEST BIDDER, purchaser to pay extra for deed and stamps. A cash deposit of five (5%) per cent of the bid will be required as evidence of good faith in bidding, which sum shall be forfeited in the event of noncompliance with the terms of the bid within ten days after the sale.
