More than 200 sales associates from Coldwell Banker Caine recently attended training on real estate negotiations, which was led by Seth Weissman a noted Atlanta attorney.

Weissman, who is co-author of Secrets of Winning the Real Estate Negotiation Game, presented the training at the Embassy Suites Hotel. He is a former chair of the Real Property Law Section of the State Bar of Georgia and a member of the American College of Real Estate Lawyers.

“Clients depend on realtors to have excellent negotiation skills to obtain the best prices and opportunities for them,” says Brad Halter, President and General Manager of Coldwell Banker Caine’s Residential Division. “So we were pleased to have such a noted individual come and provide this supplemental training to our company. It will help our sales associates continue to hone their skills so they can offer the highest quality service to their customers.”

Coldwell Banker Caine consists of eight Upstate offices with 240 full-time sales associates serving Greenville, Anderson, Oconee, Pickens and Spartanburg counties.
