Harold Waters
Harold Waters addresses students, faculty and staff during Southern Wesleyan University’s convocation Aug. 21 in the Newton Hobson Chapel and Fine Arts Center on the campus in Central. This was the first convocation held in the new facility, which was completed earlier this month.
