CLEMSON --- Clemson junior Kyle Stanley is one of 12 players named a mid-season All-American by Golf World Magazine. He is one of just three ACC players on the team.

Stanley was joined on the team by Cameron Tringale of Georgia Tech, Jorge Campillo of Indiana, Zahkai Brown of Colorado State, Bronson Burgoon of Texas A&M, Kevin Foley of Penn State, Dustin Garza of Wichita State, Matt Hill of NC State, Scott Langley of Illinois, Eddie Olson of UNLV, Derek Tolan of Colorado and Mike Van Sickle of Marquette.

Stanley has been Clemson¹s top player so far this year with a 71.42 stroke average. He has three top 10 finishes in his four fall tournaments, including medalist honors at the Carpet Classic in Dalton, GA

in September against a national field.

Stanley is currently ranked 11th in the nation in the Sagarin computer rankings. Clemson senior David May is ranked 57th in that final fall ranking. They are two of the reasons Clemson is ranked sixth in the Sagarin computer rankings entering the spring. Clemson¹s first event of the spring will be at the Puerto Rico Classic February 27 to March 1.
