SALEM — The Historic Old Pickens Church, located on S.C. Highway183 near the employees’ entrance to Duke Energy, will be open to the public every Sunday afternoon this month from 2:30 p.m.-5 p.m.
Volunteers will be at the church to welcome and answer questions.
The entrance gate to the church and cemetery is open every day from sunrise to sunset. Visitors are asked to sign the guest book located in the mailbox by the front door to the church.
Look for the white sign on the left going toward Pickens on Highway 183.
