CENTRAL — The Daniel High School girls’ tennis team fell to Easley 4-3 on Tuesday in the season opener for the Lions.
Tanner Lake and Griffin Glaze recorded singles wins for the Lions at No. 3 and No. 4 singles, respectively, while Elizabeth Hawthorne and Megan Madden scored a straight-set win at No. 2 doubles.
Daniel (0-1) returns to the courts next Tuesday, going on the road to face Greenville.
