Fair-Oak Elementary School enjoys Back-to-School Blast

FAIR PLAY — On Monday, Aug. 25, despite heavy rains, students, parents and teachers from Fair-Oak Elementary School celebrated the beginning of the new school year with a Back-to-School Blast sponsored by the Parent Teacher Organization. Activities included inflatable attractions for the students to enjoy, a variety of games, face painting, a cake walk, a visit from clowns and a hot dog supper. The school wishes to thank the PTO for this fun-filled evening and looks forward to additional activities throughout the school year. The 2008-2009 Fair-Oak PTO Executive Board consists of President Anthony Baker, President-Elect Jessica Towe, Secretary/Photographer Donna Brock, Treasurer Bobbie Carmichael and Volunteer/OSCAR Coordinator Lori Deatherage.
