CLEMSON Trehel Corporation recently completed design/build and planning services for two local projects.
Park Place OB-GYN in Seneca consisted of a new 6,000-square-foot shell building with 3,600 square feet upfitted for Oconee Medical Center OB-GYN. Construction was completed in September.
Pita Pit, located on College Avenue in Clemson, was an upfit of 1,600 square feet of existing space into a new restaurant. Construction was completed in October.
Signature Architects of Clemson provided all architectural design for both projects.
Trehel served as the design/build general contractor for both projects and was responsible for construction administration, scheduling and procurement of all materials, systems and subcontractors.
