Why doesn't Oconee County do something about Stoney Medlin being arrested all the time. Just make him a permanent home at the jail or do something about getting him into rehab. His name seems to be in the arrest reports at least twice a month. Anyone who gets arrested that often could be a danger to society. If he can;t be controlled by a jail sentence, he needs rehab or in one of the state mental facilities. Maybe he has no home to go to, so when he gets out of jail, he gets right back in, so he can have a place to live. He needs help !

Stoney (aka Otis) is harmless. You can tell that because his arrest history is all nonviolent.
