Equal justice under the law

ou can’t blame a jailhouse prisoner for not coming forward to press charges against someone who may have beaten him. All he is doing is risking another beating or worse.

The beatings must stop

For the second time in five months, a prisoner in the Oconee County Detention Facility has been badly beaten. The first incident was in May, and the second took place this past week.
