The Virginia Cavaliers rank last in the ACC in rushing, while ranking next to last when it comes to stopping the run. With that said, it would appear, at least on paper anyway, the Clemson Tigers should have it easy come Saturday.

Your humble prognosticator and oddball columnist was pretty dead on this past weekend, with South Carolina getting blown out of the water, while the Tigers romped a Duke team that while improved is still, well, Duke. The Gamecocks get to rest and heal their pride after a 50-point thumping, and also prepare for an improving Clemson team. The Tigers have an ACC contest with Virginia that, while inconsequential to many, could go a long way in deciding who the next head coach is.
