SENECA, S.C. — Francis Marion “Frankie” Sheriff, 34, of Park Ridge Drive, died Saturday, Oct. 31.
A native of Seneca, Mr. Sheriff was the son of Betty Hopkins Sheriff of Seneca and the late Robert Bobby Epperson. He was a carpenter and of the Baptist faith.
