Warren W. Wagner October 31, 2009 CLEMSON, S.C. — Warren William Wagner, 88, died Saturday, Oct. 31 at the Cottingham House at Oconee Hospice of the Foothills.
A memorial service will be held at 2 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 8 in the Ernie Corley Activity Center at Clemson Downs. The family will receive friends immediately following the service. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Oconee Hospice of the Foothills, Foundation Office, 298 Memorial Drive, Seneca, SC 29672.
A native of New York, he was the son of the late William and Augusta Kemmethmuller Wagner. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Claire B. Wagner.
Warren worked many years for both the RCA Space Center in Hightstown, N.J. and Carolina Real Estate in Clemson. He was a lifetime member of Rotary International serving in multiple capacities in the Hightstown-South Brunswick, N.J. and Clemson, S.C. chapters.
Warren is survived by three daughters, Ann Mustian and husband, Dennis of Belmont, N.C., Joan Wagner-Schaper of Park Forest, Ill. and Janet Wagner of South Portland, Maine; a brother, Kenneth Wagner and wife, Marion of Hot Springs Village, Ark.; grandchildren, Julie Furgason and husband, Greg of Park Forest and Stephen Schaper and wife, Grace of Urbana, Ill. and loving companion, Patricia Cowden of Clemson.
