SENECA, S.C. — Sedalia Ruth Vinson, 87, of 752 Barnes Road, died Thursday, Oct. 29 at Foothills Assisted Living in West Union.

A native of Seneca, Ms. Vinson was the daughter of the late Noah A. and Ada Bell Owens Vinson. She was a retired textile employee and private nurses assistant. Ms. Vinson was a member of Bountyland Baptist Church and Sunday school teacher for many, many years.
