Wayne ‘Tom’ Pelfrey

WESTMINSTER, S.C. — Wayne Allen “Tom” Pelfrey, 74, husband of Jo Anne Dills Pelfrey, of 120 Black Mountain Road, died Thursday, Oct. 22 at Oconee Medical Center, Seneca, S.C.
A native of Oconee County, Mr. Pelfrey was the son of the late Leonard Allen and Coda Jessie Adams Pelfrey. He was a self-employed heavy equipment operator and was of the Baptist faith.
