This 2002 photo released by David Halpern, from his book "Tulsa Art Deco," shows a detail from the Boston Avenue Methodist Church in Tulsa, Okla. The building is just one of the examples of Tulsa's Art Deco heritage that was recently showcased in the July/August edition of Preservation, the magazine of the National Trust for Historic Preservation.
