After being with the Daily Journal/Messenger for three years, Maureen McLaughlin is the bearer of multiple hats. Enjoying being part of a quality product that people like, she not only proofreads, she's also the copy editor and the "Attitudes" interviewer. Prior to her work with the Daily Journal/Messenger she was a teacher in Caro MI for 32 years and her commitment to helping out her community has followed her her to Seneca. She sings at St. Paul the Apostle Catholic Church, and is a member of Seneca Woman's Study Club, and is a board member of the Hospice of the Foothills Christmas Tree Festival. Outside of work and hobbies, you can find her spending time with her husband, Brett, their 2 grown son and wives, and their 1 1/2 year old granddaughter.
