On Criticism of Graham may get worse, expert says

Jim Demint is perceived as "strong"? In whose book? In my perception he is perceived as rather weak, and ignorant. And thank goodness my vote counts. Why not ask a different political scientist at Clemson? I know for a fact there are more varied choices than this guy.

On Apologies for an angry reaction

And thank you for serving your country, and being proud to be an American. There is nothing like hearing the National Anthem, getting covered in goose bumps and being proud to be an American....who embraces whichever man is President of this great country at any given time. I will support the President....even if it were Palin....(might scare me a bit and make me pray harder) but I would do it...because I am American. Go Obama!!

On Seneca football players charged with locker room assault

Some people see young black males and automatically assume Gangs and Thugs. Not true in this case. One of these guys has already committed to Newberry to play football. In sports, especially contact sports such as football, you tend to have lots of competition. The victim called the attacker a Molestor, for whatever reason. Fighting is not the answer...and the coach should have handled it on his team. Hopefully he ran all 3 of them till the guts exploded, and then ran them some more. This should be a learning lesson for all 3 of them, rather than being sent to be sacrificed by the local newspaper bloggers. And hopefully this won't ruin any of their chances at a college education...and if the only way they can afford to go to college is to play ball for the college, well I hope they are able to play ball as well. Not everyone has the same chances in life. But we all need an education...it benefits society as a whole for everyone to get one.

On Tell Willie, 10-13

And this, folks, is one more reason we need some type of healthcare reform. Education and prevention should be included in that reform.
